Do you offer well-child visits and Vaccines?

We currently don’t currently offer well-child visits and vaccines, but this may change based on our patients’ needs. If you’re interested, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’d love to hear from you and can notify you if we start offering these services.

What mental health services do you provide?

We support families with many challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma. If your child needs additional care, we will work with you to find trusted specialists to provide the care they need.

What types of visits do you offer

We offer virtual, in-person, and in-home visits. We work closely with our busy families to provide care that is convenient and travel-friendly.


MEDICATIONS

Can you refill medicine another doctor prescribed?

For your child’s safety, we only provide medication refills with a full evaluation. We recommend scheduling an appointment for a comprehensive assessment.

our child has a mental health condition but we are hesitant to start medications. can you still help?

Yes, we are here to help address your concerns and will review all your treatment options together. We will work with you to provide a care plan that helps your child thrive.

Can you send prescriptions electronically?

Yes, after your visit, we can send medications electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.


APPOINTMENTS

How can I prepare for my child’s first appointment?

Before your first visit, please have a copy of your child’s most recent well-child exam, a list of their current medications or treatments, and your completed intake forms.

How do I sign up for your patient portal?

To schedule your first visit, you’ll need to activate your Patient Portal account.

Here’s how to get started

1. Go to our Patient Portal
2. Click “Create Account”
3. Complete your profile and upload required information
4. Once your account is active, you can request an appointment directly through the portal

Through our portal, you’ll be able to:

– Send secure messages
– Request telehealth and in person visits
– Access your visit summaries and records
– Upload forms or documents

What ages do you see?

We see patients from birth – 18

What is your appointment cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. We offer a one-time grace for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Do you offer same or next-day appointments?

Yes, we offer same and next day urgent visits to our returning families.
